One of the things I miss the most about the South is Chick-fil-a. The nearest one to Manhattan was in the Philly airport, and that made me sad. Apparently, there's one within driving distance of my new digs in Cambridge, MA--and that's exciting. But when I think of Chick-fil-a, this is the one that I think of. I grew up going here (except on Sundays!), and I have so many good memories involving Polynesian sauce, diet lemonade, and the weirdest kids meals of the any of the fast food chains. This location has been refurbished since the last time I visited (maybe 1-1.5 years ago), and it looks great! Same great food fried up in the same great peanut oil. It's nice when some things don't change, no matter how long you've been gone from home.

I may not agree with the company's focus or standings but this place is the closest to chicken heaven on earth you can come to. Its a religious experience almost every time.

I dont think I have written a review for fast food but I thought the manager at this store was exceptional. The guy came out in the food court and visited with each table that had chick-fil-a food on their tray. Every good restaurant trains their managers to go to each table and check on their customers, but I usually only see any manager do this maybe 1 in every 20 visits. So to see this at the mall is pretty cool!! Oh yeah, the salad I had was good too.

Not the best Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to, but certainly meets their standard for cleanliness, good food, and quick service.
